    Yeah, its like 7K words! But Gladwell is a pretty good writer, and the piece was very insightful. V.I. is my kinda company.
  • Tipping Point is a good book...another good one is "Trading Up" which is all about a consumer's natural inclination to want "the next best thing."

    I started reading this the article Annals of Innovation. About 200 words in, I said to myself get to the point. Then I realized, it's the New Yorker. OMG.

    Wow... I'm interested, but I need all information to be condensed.

    By the way I've read the Tipping Point by Gladwell--I highly suggest that to anyone reading this if you're into a sociological look at trends
