In the above clip, Hip-Hop mogul Jermaine Dupri visits New York University to speak to students in the “Recorded Music” program.

Dupri recently embarked on a lecture series for the New York Daily News regarding the music industry. The speaking tour includes stops at New York University, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (regarded as one of the top business schools in the world), and the New Yorker hotel. The hit making producer’s next stop will be at the Wharton School on April 1.

Cleveland Cavalier Lebron James will appear in a new TV ad for VitaminWater that is set to air during the 2008 NBA playoffs.

In the commercial, the NBA star portrays a sharply dressed defense attorney trying to win over a jury. The ad continues in the tradition of previous VitaminWater marketing campaigns, which took athletes and entertainers out of their typical element and placed them into humorous, unusual situations: the rapper 50-cent as an orchestra conductor, 7-foot-1 NBA star Shaquille O’Neal as a race-horse jockey, and now James as a Lawyer.
